New Help Desk System with Ticketing & Tracking
 
Just a quick post to let message board users know of a new support tool now available to our customer on our new website. In the interest of trying to expand the level of support and service offered by HAL, there is a new Help Desk system available on this website located at http://www.automatedliving.com/helpdesk/index.php

By submitting a support ticket you will allow us to provide more timely assistance as well as allow you to track the status of your support request.

Is the help provided included with our software maintenance contract or is there a separate fee for using the help desk system?

Hi Robert,

There is no fee for using the help desk, Priority is given to current SMS.
