Ok, it's on the GeoCities page. Wx beta 0.31 incorporates a number of changes, tweaks and new features. Please review the change log for more information.

# New Feature: Ticker enable/disable menu added to Display menu.
# New Feature: Ticker is enabled/disabled via INI File [Settings] Ticker=0|1, Text size

# New Feature: Ticker Messages are archived in 'TickerLog.TXT'
# New Feature: Added a Fifo buffer for the Ticker Banner. Previously, any calls to 'ShowTicker'
# while the ticker is displayed were ignored. Now they are queued and displayed in the
# order received. Now messages are not lost, but are guaranteed displayed. Note that if
# many messages are queued, the speed at which they march across the screen increases
# significantly (6X) until the queue is emptied.
# New Feature: Retrieves the Heat Index and places it in a text file (HeatIndex.txt)
# for ease of having HAL speak it with a macro or rule. Uses either Cumulus data or

Simply download the zip file and replace your existing wx.pl text file with the new one. Nothing else has changed in the zip file other than the Wx.pl source. Try it out and let me know if you have any difficulties.
