I've seen that problem before. All you need to do is delete all references for HALi from Solution explorer. You need to turn on the View all option in solution explorer to see the HALi objects. Once you have deleted all the objects in project explorer just quit and save then come back in and add HALi to the form again and everything will be back to normal. Its a known bug with VS.

Hi Jim,
I deleted the references to HALi and restarted VS. I am still unable to view the layout or add the reference to HALi back in. When I start VS now, I get a trap in vshost.

Can you post a print screen of what you see when you first start VS?

Is the Radio Hal project still alive?

Since my upgrade, it's probably one of the things we miss the most around the house. Cynthia's Hali App is a really great addition with music and information being 'melded' together over our whole house audio.

Any progress Cynthia?

If you're inclined, I could have a look at the source code and perhaps get it functional again.

Regards,

Wirenut

If you can't post a print screen can you post the exact error message. Are you sure you deleted all the HALi references?
