The HALdmc is available only as a download from this website.

Go to the HAL Online Store to purchase the HALdmc.  After the order is processed, a product key will be E-mailed to the address specified when the order is placed.  You will need this product key to register the HALdmc.  If you do not type a valid E-mail address then you will not receive your product key.  The product key will be E-mailed within two business days.

You can download the HALdmc at any time.  Like the other HAL software products, the HALdmc will run for 30 days without being registered.
