When I go to the "Halultra - Internet information page" and do an update, I get a partial message

"The connection has been dropped because of a failure or because the peer system failed respond. Also "

Hal used to email me who is calling. nothing has changed on my end. when I used v.5, now I used v.6

Please check your Internet setting for you connection in HAL System Settings - Internet. See the image below. If you are having a connection issue, check the option "Do not test for network connection..."

Hal used to email me who is calling. nothing has changed on my end. when I used v.5, now I used v.6There are a couple of things to check.

1) Your Email account settings. Re-enter you password to be certain it is correct and apply.

2) Check your Email Notification List.

3) Open the Phone Pad, Click on Mailboxes, highlight the mailbox in question and then click Modify. Verify that the Notify Email Address is correct.

Would it be possible for you to send your HALERROR.LOG file to support@automatedliving.com. That file is located in the LOGS folder below the HAL directory. That may give us a lead on what the issue is. Thanks.
