Error Loading ASR DLL
 

I just installed HAL Ultra. When attempting to run for the first time I ger the error message Error Loading ASR DLL.

Any suggestions?

Hi,

Please re-perform the install and follow the instructions in the upgrade email you received.

"If you are using Windows 7 or 8, right click on the downloaded HALultra.exe installer and select “Properties”. On the bottom of the General tab check to make sure the file is Un-Blocked. If the downloaded file is Blocked, Un-Block the file.

Next run the HALultra.exe installer by right clicking on the file and selecting “Run as Administrator” from the popup dialog."

Please post the results of your re-install.
