I am looking at setting up the phillips hue bulbs but when I am on the page it has a box with a program button beside it. I am a bit confused was wondering if there was setup instructions for setting up GE link and phillips hue?

The problem I am having is I can't control the lights, if I am in the settings and have the bridge open I can control the lights but not via hal
