Hi Deven,
Code was added to perform that very GEO Trigger Event in HAL's Conditional area but removed it before any public release. The issue is that when the cell is hibernating or the screen is blank, the Wifi is not active. Hence the phone could come into the WiFi area and not touch the router and HAL wouldn't know it was in the area. We will be adding GEO Location capabilities to our new iPhone and Android apps which will send true long-lat data. The attached screen shot shows the conditional UI for the up pending feature.
