I looked at the developer notes, for the raw command it should be


02 50 2B 02 E6 00 00 01 CF 11 01 for opening
02 50 2B 02 E6 00 00 01 CF 13 01 for closing


02 50 2B 02 E6 00 00 04 CF 11 04 for heartbeat
02 50 2B 02 E6 00 00 03 CF 11 03 for battery low


To use the heartbeat and battery low you must have a group 3 and group 4 link.


I will have this added to the device list for the next release. If you have any problems please send me a DebugView log (See the Sticky Post on how to do that)

Looks like there might be a problem with saving the entire command.
